Schoongezich Boutique Hotel and Day Spa is a new Boutique Hotel and Day Spa, ideally located close to the eastern N1 highway with 32 stylishly furnished bedrooms with bathrooms en-suite. All bedrooms are equipped with a television set, including M-Net. A bar facility, as well as enclosed secure parking with a security guard, are also available. Because of the sheer size of the guesthouse, we can accommodate almost any group of guests and treat them to a luxurious stay at a highly competitive tariff. Schoongezich Boutique Hotel has been rated by the AA Quality Assured Accommodation Programme with the status of SUPERIOR and by the Tourism Grading Council of South Africa with the status of four stars.

CONFERENCE AND FUNCTION FACILITIES

We have four conference venues
MARULA ROOM, with an overhead projector and/or, data projector and screen (2 m x 2 m), flip-charts (2) and poster rails.
ACACIA ROOM, with a data projector and screen (2.1 x 2.7 m), points for laptop computer, DVD/VCR Combo, television and hi-fi sets, flip-charts (2), white boards and poster rails.

We have 33 en-suite bedrooms which comprise of:

Twin/Double Rooms (1 Double & 1 Single Bed per room)
Double Rooms (1 Double Bed per room)
Single Rooms (1 Single Bed per room)
A cash bar is also available for functions.

PAYMENT:

An initial deposit of 50 % of the total quoted cost is required to confirm a reservation for a function / conference. Cancellation of a function / conference 15 days prior to the date of the reservation, will result in a forfeit of 50 % of the deposit. However, if the cancellation is made 14 days or less before the effective date, the client forfeits the full deposit.
